Le Cochinchine offers travelers an exciting experience of the Mekong Delta, off the beaten tracks. With a range of bicycles carried on board, stopovers can easily be made in the remotest parts of the channels to discover tropical islets amidst the rivers and the channels to discover tropical fruits’ orchards such as: coconuts, bananas, papayas, mangos, rambutans, longans, guavas and much more.

Day 1: My Tho – Ngu Hiep - Cai Be (Lunch, Dinner)

12 00 AM: Boarding and check-in, with welcome drink, then a walk to visit Thoi Son Island. Mekong Delta’s countryside is a network of small tracks linking small villages and remote farms and houses together, which go through lush vegetation and cross small bridges. Nearly everywhere is an opportunity to stop for an enthusiastic welcome by local people and kids, a picture of the nature at its wildest or a delightful tasting of fruits or local products.
Take a paddle boat though the small canals and enjoy tropical fruits. Back on board for lunch.
The cruise continues to Ngu Hiep. Disembark for a walk or bike ride on the footpaths of the countryside of Ngu Hiep islet to discover tropical fruit orchards and local people's activities.
Back on board for enjoying beautiful scenery, picturesque boats ballet and ferry crossings over Mekong River branches, wild life on the banks, and magnificent sunset on the river.
Dinner and overnight on board
 
Day 2: Cai Be - Vinh Long – Tra On (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Breakfast on board before exploring the lively Cai Be floating market. Mekong Delta’s floating markets are a feast for colors, smells and tastes, and they gather together countryside people for sharing goods and news from families living often in remote places: an authentic Vietnamese culture experience.
Cruise further to visit handicraft villages and meet local people, discover typical houses and sample various tropical fruits.
Back on board for lunch. The cruise continues to Tra On. Upon river tide, disembark for a walk or bike ride on the footpaths of the countryside to discover fruit orchards and local people's activities.
Back on board for the Cruise continues to Tra On. Leisurely cruise up the Mekong River and enjoy beautiful scenery and relaxing time while sipping a drink until sunset time has come.
Dinner and overnight on board
 
Day 3: Can Tho – Disembark (Breakfast)

Breakfast on board in Can Tho. Embark on a small boat to visit Cai Rang market, one of the most bustling floating markets in the Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space as owners sell their goods. Then wander amidst palm-shaded creeks to see local houses and green orchards. Back on board for check-out.
Return to HCMC or another destination. End of the cruise.
