In a classy wooden setting, the sampan accommodates on 2 decks up to 16 passengers in a well ventilated compartment made of 5 twin cabins with couchettes that can be used as a diner room as well. It has 3 restrooms with showers, one terrace on the deck to contemplate sunset while sipping an aperitif. Its restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a mix of Western and Vietnamese fine cooking. Its cozy settings is yours for the whole length of your stay on board, and our friendly 5-staff crew (the captain, one mechanic, the chief cook, one sailor and one guide) will answer each of your request to make your stay on board a warm experience.

Day 1: My Tho – Ngu Hiep - Cai Be (Lunch, Dinner)

12 00 AM, Boarding and check-in, with welcome drink, then a walk to visit Thoi Son Island. Mekong Delta’s countryside is a network of small tracks linking small villages and remote farms and houses together, which go through lush vegetation and cross small bridges. Nearly everywhere is an opportunity to stop for an enthusiastic welcome by local people and kids, a picture of the nature at its wildest or a delightful tasting of fruits or local products.
Take a paddle boat though the small canals and enjoy tropical fruits. Back on board for lunch.
The cruise continues to Ngu Hiep. Disembark for a walk or bike ride on the footpaths of the countryside of Ngu Hiep islet and discover tropical fruit orchards and local people's activities.
Back on board for enjoying beautiful scenery, picturesque boats ballet and ferry crossings over Mekong River branches, wild life on the banks, and magnificent sunset on the river.
Dinner and overnight on board
 
Day 2: Cai Be – Sa Dec (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Breakfast on board before exploring the lively Cai Be floating market. Mekong Delta’s floating markets are a feast for colors, smells and tastes, and they gather together countryside people for sharing goods and news from families living often in remote places: an authentic Vietnamese culture experience.
Cruise further to visit handicraft villages and meet local people, discover typical houses and sample various tropical fruits.
Back on board before the cruise goes further to Long Xuyen via Sa Dec, a town famous for its flowers and bonsais and where French Writer Marguerite Duras spent her childhood. Lunch on board.
Disembark at Sa Dec town for a walk or bike ride on the footpaths of the countryside to visit the “House of the Chinese” described in Marguerite Duras’ novel, L’Amant and local people's activities.
Back on board for the cruise goes further to Long Xuyen. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, picturesque boats ballet and ferry crossings over Mekong River branches, wild life on the banks, and the magnificent sunset on the river.
Dinner and overnight on board
 
Day 3: Sa Dec – Long Xuyen (Breakfast)
Early wake up to enjoy sunrise on the river. Breakfast on board, then a small boat will take you to explore Long Xuyen. Floating markets are a feast for colors, smells and tastes, and they gather together countryside people for sharing goods and news from families living often in remote places: an authentic Vietnamese culture experience.
Bike ride on the footpaths of the countryside of Islet Ong Ho to discover tropical fruit orchards and local people's activities.
Return to HCMC or another destination
End of the cruise.
